Los deportes que más medallas de oro le aportaron a Colombia en los Juegos Panamericanos de Lima 2019 fueron el levantamiento de pesas y el patinaje. Ambas disciplinas aportaron cinco medallas cada uno. El atletismo aportó tres preseas doradas,  el ciclismo también le dio tres metales de oro al país. El Surf le entregó dos oros, al igual que el boxeo. Bolos, BMX, natación, fútbol femenino, karate, taekwondo, squash y tiro con arco aportaron de a una medalla.
