La Universidad de Harvard, una de las más reconocidas a nivel mundial, está ofreciendo 36 cursos gratis en la modalidad virtual.

A través de edX, la plataforma educativa fundada por Harvard, ofrecen los MOOC (Massive Online Open Courses o Cursos online masivos y abiertos).

Estos duran en promedio entre 6 y 8 semanas, y la única forma en la que se deba pagar es que se desee un certificado, el cual podrá rondar los 50 dólares, sin embargo este trámite no es obligatorio.

Los cursos por el momento están en inglés y comprenden las áreas de liderazgo, análisis de datos, biología, historia, política, literatura, entre otras.
