La figura del capo mexicano Joaquín el Chapo Guzmán sigue omnipresente en Culiacán, la capital del estado en el que instaló el poderoso cártel de Sinaloa.  En las calles venden figurillas con su imagen y gorras con el número 701, el puesto que ocupó en la lista de multimillonarios de Forbes en 2009, cuando se le calculaba una fortuna de 1.000 millones de dólares.
